Ibnu Abbas Orphanage Center in North Mogadishu
This center has been officially opened on November 13, 2008 and currently houses 53 orphans which is composed of:
1. A dormitory building that houses 50 orphans
2. A classroom block
3. Kitchen and washing room
Mogadishu is home for thousands of orphans that are in dire need of care and awareness. They need urgent feeding program, adequate sheltering facility, health care and educational support. We seek and encourage benefactors to donate $30 that can save and educate an orphan child per month.
We are currently sponsoring 20 of the 53 orphans in the Ibnu Abbas Orphanage.
