South Galkacyo Hospital
The South Galkacyo Hospital was built over ten years ago with few rooms and beds. Currently, the hospital has many different rooms and areas to house various patience needs. The South Galkacyo Hospital currently has a delivery rooms, operating rooms, waiting area, patient in-take area and other essential areas necessary for the operation of a hospital.
Mudug Development Organization took the lead with this project and we helped out by with their fundraising efforts in Toronto, Canada. Dr. Abdullahi Shire, a Board Member, travelled the South Galkacyo Hospital and worked at the hospital for three months to help support the local doctors.
